Refunds & Returns Policy

At Bubbliom, we genuinely care about your experience and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, please contact us first β€” we’re here to make it right quickly and fairly.

1. Order Modification & Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After this window, orders are processed automatically and can no longer be changed or canceled.


2. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
  • Must be returned to our designated warehouse with tracking

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used bath bombs or opened personal care items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items or gift cards

4. Bath Bomb Disclaimer (Important)

Our bath bombs are handcrafted, so variations in:

  • Foam intensity
  • Fizz level
  • Color
  • Toy reveal

may occur depending on water conditions and usage.

These variations are normal and not considered defects, therefore not eligible for refunds.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 30 days at bubbliom@gmail.com with photos.

We will offer:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Refund, depending on the case

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivery Issues

Lost Packages (in transit):

  • Eligible for free reshipment or full refund

Incorrect Address Provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping details

Marked Delivered but Not Received:
We offer:

  • Reshipment (fee may apply), or
  • Partial refund

7. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

If you're not fully satisfied, please contact us.

Depending on your situation, we may offer:

  • Refund
  • Replacement
  • Product upgrade

Photos may be required for review.


8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
For fastest service:

  1. Return the item
  2. Place a new order once approved

9. European Union Customers

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and unused
  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

10. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us.


11. Free Replacement Policy

We offer one free replacement per order if:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Item is missing components
